Tread lightly

Moon Rain

Raining romantically, droplets kissing the sidewalk. I left my umbrella at home, wanting to be drenched by the sky's love. The clouds hug the blue sky in their fluffy embrace. I dance under the moonlit sky, still raining all the while.

Blessing and a curse

Gathering energy from each individual. Heart tightening and straining under a weight thats invisible. Soul is twisted when she sees tears from another. She cries along with them, pain strikes her like no other.

Longing

Covered in stories and dying dreams. Pages ripped with ink splattered in between. Yearning for the things she will never receive.

Despair

She watches as her body falls and breaks beneath the weight of her burdens. Clutching her bloodied knife, kissing it, and calling it friend. Love has left her, bitterness is her companion. Rage and melancholy are the ones who raised her.

In his clutches

Seductive whispers, hands tangled in my hair. Tell me how this is fair. Neck tilted back, ready to attack. After this, there is no going back.

Brown eyes. Like a wild doe sipping from the stream. Brown eyes. Like the tallest cedar trees. Brown eyes. Like mother's chocolate pudding smeared on your lips. Brown eyes. Like a constellation of honey and amber. Brown eyes. Bless me with your heavenly pools.

Captured

Dancing in the daylight, waltzing in the moonlight. Talons and shackles wrapped around me. Tangoes in the evening, Foxtrot in the morning. Chains and ropes squeezing my life away.

Gold is She

Resplendent aura, rich in love. Diamonds cascade down from the heavens. Honor and splendor course through her veins.

Scars

Skim your fingers over the lines on my skin, and they will tell you the truth of me

Divine

She is divinity, a holy flame that shall never be extinguished. A pristine being, in spirit and truth. An undying soul, spreading the pollen from her flowers, her petals soaked in the water of life.
