The road traveled or mountains climbed!

Sore sights or purposely blind!

Open hearted or selflessly mine!

Forged through pain and I can’t anymore!

My Lord’s Prayer

Only I can change me and lead myself in to the life and man I wish to be. not god man or spirit will do this for me. I single handedly must take the first step and every other step after in this pursuit of higher recognition of life upheld to my standards, With the God within me or to perish walking in the wake of my greatness. I shale take no prisoners in the name of blame for all that I am is all I need to become what I am predestined to be in my own world. For I am god the father of my reality spreading the seed of my dreams and goals and mother to care and nurture them until fruition. May this be my seldom oath carved in my heart mind and spirit and my soul my creators' to keep. I'm thankful for this beautiful life long opportunity and so it is!

Could you hate me if we never met? Spending countless hours fantasizing about how far we could get Don't these dreams fade through these meaningless arguments, quick flares inwhich I can see the formation of hatred swill in your eyes This is what love is The trapeze act along the hate shooken foundation based upon the need for space This is what it always was, No one speaks of this place They just say corny lines about love being blind, or if its meant to be set it free Open face lies to me Love is holding on when your grip is getting weak Yelling all day then holding their hand across the street Seeing them sick praying for their relief Say no when they say it's okay you can leave Laughing after you cried Understanding the truth after the lies Being okay after theres no more surprise Love is knowing no perfection, creating the happiness that never dies Love is.....

Tears to Smiles

So many fears beyond these tears we've cried. hidden beliefs in white lies. Told out of love, but sold out of necessity. No matter how sick this body left me, I drew strength in knowing my spirit grew strong in you. I've seen less than a few that never got the chance to see life through, I taught you to pick up those stones threw, because there would come a time you would have to remember what to do. You fought me hard, and me with you! Now days you can look back, and see how to fight your way through. Now we fight together to better what we knew. Your friend aside from your confidan, I was more than proud of your achievements, I was your mom! Whatever you needed all you had to do was make a call, or embrace these arms. Black skin her dark cheek though these tears pouring down her cheek frames a river reaching her feet she walks on water though mountains peak her soul sores over them she's seen the top she knows the hurt embodies the pain her passion alone sparks the flame wounds cover her feet aches fills her muscles my star she shines though she walks through the valley of darkness she fears no evil the steadiness of her pace the strength of her faith she will never break though she falls Her head to the sky her father picks her back up alone and view her heritage is her backup recognized by few she is the mother the hopes of a father too the foundation of pride the spirit of you a black woman my future's past my first my last my everything the world'sÂ queen.

From my world I grew up in pain slower to catch up or catch on I sat back in shame longed for a specific change wondered why I read slower breathe harder I felt too dumb to be the starter just because I fought hard ran harder became smarter more confident strong willed minus the fabrication wore clothing that matched successful situations addressed problems like neighborhood properties I was as sharp as the details on your tax returns split hairs like damaged ends the damage done was the basis for the strength within I've lifted spirits broken stereotypes made sure you seen darkness shine brighter than anything light product of my environment this broke system left me with hard work and no play remote visions made me take control of my own fate and showed in my face so you knew what I had to say my entrepreneurial spirit is like dairy products so make whey....

Live beyond self doubts covers will never break the layers of ice around your heart the bruises that appear as you stand prove that you can not be beaten beyond preservation never close your eyes to what you do not want to see because even a blind man sees beauty in an ugly world if you make every person you've met family your home becomes full hearted with questions comes understanding let ignorance be your driving force through fear knowing is what creates battles no less rules and more impossiblities for wisdom is gain with success as much as failure never be afraid to be the you that you hide life is just a memory so make it the best one never forget how to smile....
