Falling in my Dreams!!!!

The adrenaline rush,

as my heart is 

steady racing,

the thrust and 

the speed of it,

my mind is

steady pacing,

covered with

sweat beads,

as I fear of the impact,

as if I am about 

to be crushed, 

into the ground,

is where I make contact,

with concrete or reality??

OH, THE AWFUL SOUND,

as people gather around,

the fear on people's

faces as I lay still,

a horrifying experience

 I don't want to feel,

a scary experience of

a nightmare unseen,

as we I am

frighteningly

 aroused from

Falling in my Dreams!!!!!

Floating in my Dreams!!!!

In my dreams, 

I am levitating,

light as a feather,

as I am elevating,

my body is rising,

up so very high,

as I am lifted

high up into the sky.

The feeling is 

sooooo exhilarating,

just free from it all,

an amazing feeling,

as I am floating 

away from the floor,

like an eagle,

spread my wings,

OH, WATCH ME SOAR!!!!, and

Then I wake up, 

Thinking what 

does this mean???

as I am floating within 

my sweetest dreams!!!!!!

These are the HANDS OF TIME,

When you 

FROM THE HOOD,

When your CHURCH, your SCHOOL, 

your BEAUTY SALON,

 BARBER SHOP and

 the LIQUOR STORE, 

is only WITHIN 

WALKING DISTANCE,

When the ICE CREAM 

TRUCK RUNS during the DAY, and

LATE AT NIGHT!!

WHEN KIDS ARE ON 

BIKES, SCOOTERS,

 SKATEBOARDS and SKATES,

WHEN YOU BETTER 

HURRY HOME QUICK,

the STREET LIGHTS will come ON,

HURRYING HOME BECAUSE IT'S LATE,

When it's a SCHOOL NIGHT,

and YOU have to BE IN BED by 8,

DO YOUR HOMEWORK and 

MAKE SURE IT'S RIGHT, 

not long after HAVING DINNER,

then it's LIGHTS OUT GOODNIGHT,

MY PARENTS DROVE A CADILLAC,

An OLDSMOBILE REGENCY,

Being envious is a strong emotion,

An emotion that is hard to shake,

Seeing something that you can't have,

A feeling that you can't seem to break!!

Although, you are unhappy of others achievements,

you can't seem to shake the feeling,

You are in need of letting it go,

but, sometimes that is hard to do,

You have to confess what is hurting you,
