when we met it was cold outside you didn't have on a jacket I offered you mine you said it made you feel warm inside do you remember a time that rhymes with December we talked all night until morning time we parted ways and promised to meet again I couldn't wait to see you again but I never laid eyes on you again it felt like the night took you along with the wind every winter I can't help but wonder if I'll ever get my jacket back don't know why I thought it was a good idea to put it on your back I thought you would bring it back when you didn't show up the next night I knew I been had I look back and laugh but that night I was mad
I still want my jacket back
