I own my own mind I take ownership of my behavior I possess the power to change I can help myself I possess the power to feel better I don't need another to validate me I can do it myself my emotions belong to me I possess self control I can't do nothing I don't want to do my will is my own I possess strong will no one can make me feel a certain way I possess the power to control my own feelings "I can't help myself" is an excuse that should never be made one should cherish oneself above all else you own the house and everything in it you control what comes and goes you're the one in control of your soul you hold the key to unlock the character you want to be
