Funny how love goes: funny how love grows;
Everytime this flight lands we end in 2 different zones
So much alike yet so far apart
Wishing I could scream baby you hold the keys to my heart
2 Wingz 1 Spirit Gravitating 2 lonely worlds
Tears fall from my eyes like rain drops on a summer night cause all I long for is to be called your girl
Or your wife whichever fits better
But your soul seems as cold as last December’s weather
Everyday our eyes meet it gets harder and harder
Inner thoughts driving me insane only wanting to be apart of….
The longing to love you, heal you, build you
I want to be that high that takes away your pain that I often see in those beautiful brown eyes or am I insane in the brain
I want to share with you my secrets and feed you my love that stops on so for real
But unlike baseball you won’t even look my way or step a toe into my inner field
Dying inside like patients on they last breath
Bet if I needed oxygen you wouldn’t even pass the test
Excuse my body for not being what your eyes want in a woman
Excuse me for not being that size 12, money stacking body cooking
Someone once told me to never judge a book by its cover
and baby I can’t lie cause just for a moment I thought you were under cover my brothaaa….
But those thoughts quickly faded into the distance like quick sand
Cause if you only could see what I see… babyyyy… I knew you were the man
My man… my king… my sky… my moon
The only many that I would give my loving to on a Wednesday afternoon
I pray to my Higher everyday for him to show you what he shows me
To place your heart in my hands so I can give you what you need
But until that day comes and there is no more hi and goodbyes
