Hello beloved...by many you are hated

Historically abhorringly robbed of history being properly dated

Intellectual property is such crockery Ill say it

Unfairly taxed an undue evil with nothing prorated

We waited and waited until we realized we were being baited

Unflattered by your imitation attempts not up to be debated

Elated by the bond we shared as stock

Fear of flying and afraid to even leave from the flock

Trust we knew are actions were unjust but still just a must

Every chance we would get to enhance some s**t

We be with it b/c its gritty and we tired of dancing with

The devil on another level claiming to be all mighty God

Struck by the rod on our bare bods only acknowledged by a nod

A mere facade to ever face freedom, feeling rather foolish

Making an a$$ of ourselves, all gassed up and acting mulish

Every lesson learned comes with what I earned

Knowledge builds wisdom but sometimes bridges still get burned

Water under that same bridge wishing you nothing but the best

Time is just a test letting it go laying it all to rest

Choosing my battles includes understanding I may lose

Putting self first walking away without a scar nor bruise

But even if the heart breaks its still beautiful in my eyes

Hurting precedes healing in this drama trauma filled life

Even when the pain runs deep please finish the race

It takes practice to become the person winning first place

Last is not least as long as you leave with a trophy or token

Flight of the Butterfly

How can I begin my flight  if I am afraid to fly

 How can i expect to spread my wings If I don't become one with the open sky

  I close my eyes and I visualize it I convince myself that Im going to try

Then fear and phobia begin to set in A fear deeper than words can describe

I could pop a few anxiety pills I could get a doctor to prescribe

I could drown out reality of my personality I could call up my dealer and go get high

However that does not cure me It just further detours me Impairs my vision and insecurity

Farther from even having the desire to try...

True Colors

Them colors you’re wearing sure are true

They’re ugly and they do not look good on you

That’s my word that is one absurd outfit

I think of smacking the out the supplier
