I'm not ashame to say "I'm not okay" when "I'm not okay" I got enough wisdom under my belt to realize that there's nothing wrong with not being okay sometimes "we not okay" it's okay to not be okay we all have bad days want it to go our way but unfortunately every day life has other plans we pissed because we didn't get the memo besides we didn't sign up for this sh** we had enough of it but it keep on coming to us like a item set on repeat delivery we can't cancel we can't delete the subscription we didn't make in the first place the automative assistant is rude and customer service is #1 on the hit list some of us not wired too tight and a door tends to come unhinged due to improper alignment sometimes it has to do with the climate that causes tempers to flare and economic conditions don't help the matter the complaint department is always closed and the elevator is always out of order it's not okay but it's nothing wrong with not being okay then someone steps out of the shadows to tell me to calm down and those words send me into a blind rage that indicating that I'm not okay but it's okay it's a natural emotional response to not being okay with that failed attempt to control a beast that can't be
