All of my life I've given up

What was mine just because

When my dad left I fell apart

That day a ball was at the park

That ball I kicked when I was a teen

Is still being kicked and messing up dreams

Little girls too old and can't be a kid

Little boys turn us out as they were did

That ball I kicked has seen the world

Kicked back and forth by boys and girls

Before you kick take another look

Don't be the ball kicked all about

I look unlike what I've really gone through

That's because I didn't kick it to you

Do unto others as you'd like to behold

Especially when kicking because Karma's been told

Search inside and find that tick

The tic to your tock that made you kick

Deal with the ball-deflate it if you can

But don't Pass It On or kick it again:)
