They say Love, Loves to hate us, punish us, scorn us, Raise us high above the ground only to break us into a million pieces, Leaving you dazed as to where you start picking up the parts, It feels our heads with lies, and false hope only to satisfy the infatuation of our brains. They also say that Love is a game, Where two contenders are pitted against each other to survive against all odds, Those that get to see the end are a very fortunate few, Regardless of the pain, Bull crap and dishonesty, but would it be safe to say Love ever knew us???
