What if my life was perfect, and I didn't have all these issues that made me question my purpose, would I try so hard to find what lies beneath, or just stick to the surface making me the same as all the others, on the border between insanity and being recovered, been through alot of bad but look at all the good i've discovered, who would of thought i could bare the weight of this world, i never thought i could stay faithful to one girl, willingly at least, keeping my mind at peace, but still confused at why you feel as if I owe you, when I've already paid my dues, no one was there when I was battered and bruised, when I was down bad, I was really all I had, well me and The Lord of course, I'm not hear to preach, but I encourage you to embrace whatever keeps you on your feet, hopefully ill find what I seek, keeping my head above water so they can't drown out my dreams, my dreams are sometimes the only positive things I see, the only good I can envision, lately I haven't been myself so I tell my girl she tripping, only to hide my own insecurities and imperfections, just another confession of my poetic reflections.....
