 The Verdict

Here is what I heard when the verdict was read; we the white jurors find Trayvon Martin guilty of being black in a hoodie and we don't care that he's dead.

Representing the people, you lacked the courage to give George Zimmerman his just due; now we the people of a different color, are forced to judge you.

We must now take matters peacefully into our very own hands and for my very first witness, I call me to the stand

The Zimmerman vigilante legal system, is in perfectly good health; as he accused, tried and convicted Trayvon Martin and sentenced him to death.

Innocent until proven guilty, is what the defense lawyers cried; so when does Trayvon Martin get the consideration that he’s been unjustly denied.

None of the courtroom dramatics and legal strategies, can change the truth; a heavily armed adult killed an unarmed youth.

I kept hearing the prosecution, only had a circumstantial case; I agree and the circumstance is simple, George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin and he can't be replaced.

Many want to blame the law, prosecution and judge, I blame the all-white jury and from this position I'll never budge.

You wanted to find Zimmerman guilty of something, but you said that no law would abound; ironically not one juror was willing, to stand their ground.

Life threatening injury Oh Really! He received minor first aid; I sustained worse injuries during a scuffle, back in the third grade.

Creepy Cracker! Check your dictionary, doesn't creepy directly relate to fear; I get it now, you don't listen to everything, only what you want to hear.

As an impartial jury, obviously you have no common sense; how do you blatantly follow someone with a gun and then claim self-defense.

You rejected proper and reasonable speculation of key evidence; isn't deliberation, an exercise in simple common sense.

To look at the mindset of both parties on this tragic night; let's look at the actions of this man and child preceding the alleged fight.

The evidence clearly established with more than a suggestion or hunch; that the aggression started long before the very first punch.

It was suggested that he could've run home, signifying his willingness to give; aren't you a threat to my whole family, if you know where I live.

With so much focused on state of mind, could you please clarify; wasn't it George Zimmerman's vigilante attitude, which caused Trayvon Martin to die.

What was his state of mind, as he left home dressed in killer style; was he a husband headed to the grocery store or vigilante on the prowl.

What was his state of mind as he spotted the "SUSPECT" with an unaggressive stance; was he a concerned citizen or want to be cop, who never got the chance.

What was his state of mind as he followed and threatened him without pause; now Trayvon Martin is dead and George Zimmerman, is the immediate and proximate cause.

What was his state of mind as he left his car; I say over aggressive, as he'd been informed that he'd already gone too far.

What was his state of mind, as he unjustly pulled that trigger; was he valuing all human life equally or simply killing a worthless ??????

How could you ignore the state of mind spoken by Zimmerman's gun; fifteen bullets in the magazine and weapon, with one inside of Trayvon.

How could that be the status of the gun, when the police arrived at the scene; when the maximum load for this weapon is only fifteen.

Aggressive minded people for maximum force and ill-will; rack the gun and then reload, now they are locked and ed, so they can immediately shoot to kill.

George Zimmerman left home wielding a gun, without the authority of a shield; while Trayvon Martin left home, armed with a cell phone and a five dollar bill.

The evidence easily speaks for itself, Trayvon Martin is dead; while George Zimmerman healed long ago, from those superficial abrasions on his head.

B 37 So! You disregard Rachel's unchanging testimony, saying wasn't credible; while believing all thirteen of "George's" different stories, now that's really incredible.

Your rationale is totally and completely unconscionable; how do you hold an overzealous armed vigilante and an unarmed teenager, equally responsible.

I'm so confused or maybe there's something more; how often do you take your gun with you, to the grocery store.

Can you concede the fact that Trayvon Martin is dead; and that George Zimmerman was hunting for black youth's and not a loaf of bread.

My mind cannot comprehend this, in this day and time; so my verdict to you is guilty and racism is the crime.

With the final rap of the judge’s gavel, injustice had lowered the boom; as the greatest crime in the case took place inside that jury room.

It's like the crime of the century, with a clean get away; not one but seven criminals left the courtroom that day.

The sound of the final scream, explains what happened best; he was silenced by the surprise of the bullet, now lodged in his chest.

The killer and his accomplices still remain at large; an innocent teenager is dead and now we the people of a different color find you guilty as charged!

To put this into perspective and further explain our strife; what value would you have placed, on your own child's life.

Allow me to rephrase the question for greater clarity; if Trayvon Martin was your white child, would George Zimmerman still be free.

Here's a warning to all black people, Sanford Florida is definitely overpriced; Trayvon Martin went out to get a snack and paid for it with his life.

For this jury reasonable doubt was an unreasonable request; I don't believe they would've convicted George Zimmerman if he had confessed.

I don't like the way this looks nor how it smells; Michael Vick kills some dogs, which cost him millions and he also went to jail.

You had the opportunity to do the right thing and all you did was choke; I'm glad that God has the final verdict and he has not yet spoke.
