My skin is hot like the sun, but my core is cold like the moon
Whenever I'm in her presence nothing moves in the room
Time in the room her presence was quickly defeating
Everything in my body stopped but my heart was still beating
Faster and faster it was racing and speeding
Her lips against mine was what my body was feeling
What can i say to make her heart and her soul mine forever
That question is certainly a difficult endeavor.
My heart says go but my body moves slower
I can't miss this chance I can't go back to before
Gods grace is truly good because I made it just in time
I got my ticket third I thought i was the first one in the line.
First guy failed the second was old and slow,
I've waited so long now it was my turn to go.
I pulled out all the stops If I could do better then I would
I treated her like all the other men wished they could
She slightly smiles at me insinuating I'm the winner
Now for intellectual conversation over a candle light dinner
Eyes radiant like the dawn and her lips do pout
Elated at the thought of us to each we are devout
A feeling stronger than the ones prior & preceding
Now that I'm sure, my heart says go and my body is no longer impeding
I quickly sweep her off her feet and into my arms
She feels me metaphorically I'll keep her away from all harms
silly as it sounds her and I are one in the same
Forever on a pedestal forever her I will claim
We walk off hand in hand happily ever after
Filled with mysteries and inevitable laughter
Her presence is still heart racing but I know it's mine
I'm her king, she's my queen, eruptions occur as our souls intertwine.
