I Want to See You Naked

Please uncover your eyes, let me see what you’re trying to hide; I need to see everything in you, that‘s clothed deep inside

I must look backwards, into the closed windows of your soul; to see your inward beauty and all for me that it does hold

I want to see you stripped down, in all of your pride and glory; I want to hear the details, of your most intimate life story

I want to hear all of hearts issues and your mind’s concerns; I need to see you emotionally naked, so all of you I can learn

I want to see you totally naked, exposed from your head to your toes; how can I see every inch, if you leave things unexposed

I want to see the blood you pump and also the air you breathe; to see the true nakedness in you and not just make believe

I want to see your skin, in its density, tone and texture; I need to see you with clarity, with no special effects or conjecture

I want to undress you slowly, so everything in you I can find; so I can know you wholly, as we go through this daily grind

I don’t wish to undress you, only with my hands, but also with my mind; there are facets in you, to which I’m totally blind

If I only use my hands, my mind may be deceived; it would disappointing, if the body doesn’t exist, that I once believed

I want to see you purely naked, clothes just get in the way; it shows you really trust me, as you put yourself on display

When your eyes came open, allowing you, to really see all of you; as you’re fully exposed to yourself, I want to see you to

No need to wear fig leaves, to hide your common parts; I need to see your fears, as I get to know you, that’s where it starts

I want to see you naked, but not so I can lust; I need you to take a real chance on me, so I can earn your trust

I want to see you naked, please pardon my blunt expression; there’s a deeper meaning with me, this is not an obsession

You’re so secretly compressed, like a larva in its cocoon; I want to see you blossoming, to experience you in full bloom

Show me yourself, let me see that beautiful butterfly; cast off your protective shell, so you can spread your wings and fly

There’s no need to continue to hide, let me accept you as you are; unwrapping my good thing, has been wonderful so far

As we’re born naked, in nakedness we should continue through; if God sees through my cover, how can I hide from you

Showing me all of you, is giving me, all you’ve got to give; I can then cover you, so you won’t be, my openly exposed rib

Why should we turn our Garden of Eden, into a garden of shame; as we openly view ourselves, this is our love’s exchange

As one plus one equals two, you plus me equals you; holding back you from me and us, I must ask, who can count on who

This isn’t about your exposure, or your exposé; it’s for our true credibility, to strengthen our love, through unity everyday

Trusting my eyes to see and loving what’s in front of me; is this a true vision of you, or only just what I’ve longed to see

Don’t clothe yourself with false garments, for society’s approval; as you try to avoid exposure, for fear of their removal

Is this really who you are, or a wonderfully crafted costume; all dressed up in the latest fashion, covered in sweet perfume

Which contemplations, cause you to dress in this manner; are these clothes reflective of you, or just a promotional banner

I wrote Victoria and told her to keep all her secrets from me; they are too expensive and just hide what I really need to see

I need to see you at your worse, so I know what to expect; if we are naked together, we can do better, that’s the natural affect

With you baring all, I may tend to lose my composure; as I want to bring my decency, to your potential indecent exposure

My seeing you naked, doesn’t mean there are no clothes on you; but you’re emotionally visible, so I can see you through
