lightness in the dark
For every beautiful woman that you see somewhere, somewhere there's a man who's tired of looking at her.

The Cunning Lingiust Embraces The Dark

2AM’s the time the clock is reading in my soul, I’m twisted from the Hennessy and weed that’s in my soul,
the lights are non-existent and will surely play a part, of how I just say “f*ck it”; afterwards embrace the dark.

You can’t be nice no more cause people in this day and age, don’t comprehend it’s meaning which is why I stay with rage,
I’m scared it may consume the very essence of my mind, a slow erosion eating at what’s left of in my mind.

I feel I’m going crazy when I hear the darkness call, the unlit blackness beckons evil urges large and small,
which leaves me to exposure like a target on the wall, my mental knees grow bloodier the harder that I crawl.

Forgive me for my insolence; forgive me for my sins, the darkness makes it so you’ll be forgiving me again,
for actions I’ve repeated; I believe it then it’s so, these haunting visions where a n1gga’s bleedin from his dome.

I've learned to drive the road of life in darkness teeing off, if You can't light the way Dear God forgive me being lost,
The Cunning Linguist presently has learned to play his part, and with that point of view in mind, I now embrace the dark.
