My mind,

Going down the drain,

My life,

Feels like I've been slain,

My heart,

Your not to blame,

Tick-tock-tick,

My heart ticks like a time bomb,

Beating in harmony,

Speeding up and slowing down,

I saw you today,

Just couldn't keep away,

I'm gonna explode!

Come dismantle me,

My Love

Nowhere to go but into you,

You're my first love,

So, i dedicate this poem to you.  

I'll tell you a little about my first love,

She takes care of me and never let's me stray, 

She bears the pain when i do something wrong,

And so for her, i'll never stray.  

Let me say something about my first love,

My first love smiles as flashy as the moon,

She angers hot, as red as the sun,

Yes indeed, my first love was my mother.  

For indeed the first love i had,

Was the love of the first person that took care of me.                                

ONE WORD

My heart aches and shakes,

Pains,

Desires,

Craves,

Anticipates,

Dreams,

Your hair fleeting past my view,

A shadow from my past teasing my mind,

Cursing my thoughts,

Burning my heart,

Thinking,

Dreaming,

Scheming,

Imagining,

Only one word goes through my mind,

Drumming into my soul,

A constant pain,

A reminder, .

TRUE LOVE

 Our love shall abound

Faithfulness and Truthfulness,  

Love everlasting.        

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

Time has come to hear my tale,

A tale of how a bug did bite,

The love bugs bite did leave me pale,

That's how it is; love at first sight.  

Twas a dullish kind of day,

Very sunny, I'm out of games,

Been walking about the streets all May,

Suddenly, i felt the bite that bugs flames.  

I saw you standing in a daze,

Looking lovely and so tame,

I wondered where you'd been these days,

With no fear I asked your name.  

Time has flown and we're still one,

All those men thought twas the money,

What's her name? I'll tell you none,

Just for keeps, I call her honey.  

Like a bee that takes a long journey, I

am stuck in such a great plight,

I can't stop wanting more honey,

I was cursed with love at first sight.
