In the suns gaze cooled by the gentle winds brushing against the hairs of our skin... Cooling us down as our hearts are racing,our fingertips interconnecting to sync our pulse...we are in touch. And in mind we too, eye to eye with nothing in mind but...
To be. Truly, the question lingers and causes our minds to drift in areas where our "what if's" live and breath. Our dreams that could have been... If we were there to begin with. Higher loveKnown strangers with common interests. I, across her, walking in the same street. Aligned not only in movement but in thought. Both in the mood to approach reality with a grin. Being shy beings, we would succumb to silence. Until. . . She handed me the lighter, my heart, "scorching my insides sending messages to my brain", went on fire. Ablaze in a daze, seconds turned to minutes and minutes into days. We would meet, each and every moment we would speak and listen. Laughter and joy pulling us together.
