Cheating on Love

Here’s a question to answer

How does it physically fill to be cheated on?
If the love is true the hurt comes in slow stages
that have to be diagnosed like Cancer or Diabetes
Type I heart ache, symptoms of mental anguish, why did this happened, again no less
Stage 4 heartbreak, you think we can get past this, do you really want to ?

Why is it that loves seems to some how connect to your DNA?

Molecules fueled with enzymes that have been steeped
In the teas and medicinal herbs of a life with someone to love
My cells remember love not necessarily your love

So like any other compromise in the body
The Immune system kicks into hi gear
And sends blood to the effected area
Meanwhile you want to forget the why's and how's
But your body physically won't let you
There's a heat that's generated and it stations itself right above the brow
It’s deep and warm, then grows hot and tears begin to grow
That mind says no keep busy, be strong you don't need anyone
But that heat its needs be released and it creates a mist of
Heavy water tears that taste of sweet nectar from fruits that have fallen
Prematurely from their trees and bruise
While the tears grow longer, there's a drumming from the blood circulating the hurt chakra
Meant to sooth but it creates an aching that travels under
your arms and up to to the curve of your shoulders
Becoming heavier as it continues to travel upward making its way past your neck and
Sits quietly waiting just at the beginning of the middle ear
So now you got the mist going, blood drumming you to heal, Right???
Wrong, this recovery is as painful as the cheating that caused it

Ultimately I know your love does not connect to my consciousness
In the absence of trust and faithfulness you grew small and insignificant to me
In my effort to pyramid and intend love I fell to slumber and dreamed
my life with someone to love
