The heart you break

She sits alone in darkness

Stumbling
Reaching for objects
Something familiar
To the touch
Her eyes have been shut
But she's been here before
She should be better equipped
For this
Repaying the past
to even the score
From all the anguish
Trying to break them
More
Leaving herself
Broken
Pieces slipping
Through
Her hands
She rolls the dice
On
Sinking sand
Life ain't been easy
Being the shoulder
For them
That she's searching for
She sleeps and slumbers
Wanting more
Living real wreckless
Not adhering to blessings
Asking God
Questions
Like he made
The mistakes
As if he forsaked her
By bringing her to this place
Looking in her rearview mirror
Seeing a haze
Of the days
She praised his name
Her lustful pleasures
Undercover
Ended with aids
Enraged with pride
So she lies
To hide
What came from the explicit
The woman she created
Left her mind twisted
Painting a sea of abyss
Blissfully
From a kiss
To this
Free range for
Anything
When
DisObedient

Feeling
Defeated
One night
Turns to this
She questions God
As if he made her mistakes
The risk
You
Take
But only
One heart breaks
