how wise is my wisdom
to keep it to myself
if it is not to give to someone else
to carry the torch igniting the way
through my time I gave too much away
leaving not much but words to say
drawing a treasure map
to a secret hideaway
it can be found
not too far away through
prayer and meditation
silently still and mind penetration
catch fire and allow the flames
to consume the toxic waste
covering the floor of a dark tomb
to walk on sandy shores
where the tidal waves hit hard
knocking you down
to rise with the sun
the sun that neither rises nor sets
a piece that the
time zones gave away
so much truth to
we learn something new
everyday
a role that wisdom has to play
